-
What does it cost?Drive your own scooter for £47pp or be a passenger for £18pp
-
Can we accommodate specific requests? The answer is likely to be yes, but get in contact to confirm. We cater to all ranges of abilities from beginners to experienced.
-
What do I bring for a Twilight Adventure?Nothing special to our Standard Adventure, make sure to wrap up warm for the cold evening air.
-
Will other people join our Adventure?Yes, multiple groups may join onto a tour group; private adventures are available; get in contact with us
-
Do you have seasonal tours/special occasions?Yes, keep an eye on our socials/website to see what we offer.
-
Are the scooters safe?As with any activity there is a level of risk involved, but as long as you are sensible, abide by our other rules of the route, and listen to your guides you will minimise the possibility of harm.
-
What if my group doesn’t speak English? As long as one member of your group has a good grasp of the English language (to help translate), the group is more than welcome!
-
Must we do some paperwork? We have an indemnity form that must be signed on arrival (adults must sign for under 18s); please contact us if you want a copy of it to fill beforehand.
-
Can we bring our dog/ walk around the Estate? The Estate is private so unfortunately we cannot allow unguided walks around (though we can recommend some great local walks in Malmesbury). Unfortunately we cannot allow dogs on site.
-
Who can be a Driver?Anyone 12 years old or above. We can accommodate younger people as drivers, as long as you are confident they will be tall enough to safely control the scooter. Get in contact if you aren’t sure.
-
Who can be a Passenger?Anyone 5 years old or above. We can accommodate younger passengers, as long as they can comfortably sit in front of the driver in a safe manner. Get in contact if you aren’t sure.
-
Who can take a Passenger?Any age driver (12yrs +) can take a passenger as long as they are driving confidently; Smaller drivers may find it more difficult with a bigger passenger (as this requires more arm and body strength to turn)
-
Where do Passengers sit?Smaller passengers can sit in front of the driver (so long as the driver can reach and see sufficiently over their head); Taller passengers can sit behind the driver (they must have legs long enough to reach the foot panels to sit here; and can hold on tightly around the waist of their driver). Smaller drivers may struggle more with reach, they can take more time in test rides if needed, as the length of our test ride is up to the guide's discretion.. Passengers may also be able to have a try on the controls (with the Driver assisting).
-
I’m not sure if i want to be a Driver or Passenger, can you help?We can sometimes accommodate upgrades from a passenger to driver on the day, (but can never guarantee availability if not prebooked). Our guides can help on the day to have a test ride and see if you’re comfortable to drive your own scooter. If you prebooked as a driver but downgrade to passenger on the day, we cannot offer a refund
