Explore Charlton Park after dark

Something a little different from our usual daytime adventures...

This year, our Twilight Adventures are back at Charlton Park Estate. As the sun goes down, we'll head out onto the trails with our headlights on, exploring the estate as it starts to get dark.

It's the same family-friendly electric scooter adventure you know and love — but with a completely different atmosphere.

2026 TWILIGHT DATES

Our 2026 Twilight Adventures will be running on selected evenings:

  • Sat 24th Oct @ 5.15pm

  • Sun 25th Oct @ 4.30pm

  • Fri 30th Oct @ 4.15pm

  • Sat 31st Oct @ 4.15pm

  • Sun 1st Nov @ 4.15pm

Spaces are limited on each Twilight session, so book early to avoid missing out.

THE ADVENTURE

Meet your guide at Charlton Park Estate before getting kitted up with your helmet and electric scooter.

  • We'll start with our usual safety briefing and test ride, giving everyone plenty of time to get comfortable with the controls before heading out onto the estate.

  • Then it's time to switch on the headlights and set off.

  • You'll follow your guide through the estate's mixture of grassy tracks, woodland trails, farm paths and private roads, with the changing light making familiar trails feel completely different.

  • Keep an eye out for wildlife along the way and enjoy the quieter atmosphere of the estate as the day winds down.

  • There'll still be plenty of opportunities to enjoy the open sections, get a little speed and explore the trails — just with your headlights lighting the way.

  • And, as always, our guides will capture plenty of photos and videos along the route for you to take home.

  • Sunset is expected approximately 30 minutes into your adventure, as you gradually transition from dusk to riding in the dark with your headlights on.

WHO CAN JOIN?

  • You don't need any previous experience to take part. The majority of our customers have never ridden an electric scooter before.

  • Drivers: 12 years+

  • Passengers: 5 years+

  • Passengers ride with a driver on the same scooter.

  • Our Twilight Adventures are suitable for families, friends, couples and adult groups.

HOW LONG IS IT?

  • Allow approximately 90 minutes, including the safety briefing and test ride.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

  • Twilight sessions can get chilly, particularly later in the year, so wrap up warm.

  • Wear suitable outdoor clothing and closed shoes are essential.

  • If the weather is wet, expect muddy trails and plenty of spray — waterproofs and clothes that you're happy getting muddy are recommended.

  • Don't forget your gloves!

CHARLTON PARK ESTATE

  • Our Twilight Adventures take place at the beautiful 4500-acre Charlton Park Estate near Malmesbury, Wiltshire.

  • The estate provides a huge variety of private trails, woodland, open countryside and tracks to explore — all without having to worry about public traffic.

  • It's a pretty special place to explore during the day. At twilight, it's something else entirely.
